Deine Aufgaben

Als IT-Administrator (w/m/d) leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens, indem du es uns ermöglichst uns auf das Wesentliche zu konzentrieren und so die besten Ergebnisse für unsere Kund*innen in den Bereichen Product und Consulting zu liefern. Unsere Teams verlassen sich darauf, dass ihre tägliche kritische Infrastruktur "einfach funktioniert" - wir wissen, wie komplex das ist, aber du lässt es für uns ganz einfach aussehen ;)

Da wir derzeit unsere gesamte IT-Infrastruktur neu ausrichten, ist dies eine großartige Gelegenheit für dich, deine Erfahrungen und Ideen einzubringen und unsere IT-Landschaft nach deinen Vorstellungen mitzugestalten.

Folgende Themen warten auf dich:

Planung und Umsetzung unserer IT-Strategie, -Policy und -Guidelines, angefangen bei den Netzwerken in unseren Büros bis hin zur Unterstützung unserer Remote-Teammitglieder
Einführung von IT-Lösungen, die es uns ermöglichen, sowohl sicher und DSGVO-konform als auch effizient zu arbeiten
Verwaltung unseres Hardware-Bestands (einschließlich BYOD) durch die Einführung moderner Tools und Technologien (Okta/MDM/eine von dir bevorzugte, bewährte Lösung/etc.)
Du erhältst Schulungen, die im Zuge der Einführung und der weiteren Umstellung auf die Cloud sowie zur Automatisierung unserer IT-Infrastruktur erforderlich sind
Arbeite Hand in Hand mit unserem CTO (an den du direkt berichtest), um die Automatisierung unserer IT-Infrastruktur weiter voranzutreiben

Dein Profil

Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als IT-Administrator (m/w/d) oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion (für uns bedeutet das, du hast schon einiges gesehen)
Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Netzwerkumgebungen (Bonuspunkte für UniFi/Ubiquiti)
Du bist erfahren im Bereich Security Management und Access Controls
Du kennst dich mit Signle-Sign-On (SSO) und deren Einrichtung aus (Bonuspunkte für Okta)
Die Administration von Office365 ist für dich kein Problem und du fühlst dich in einer heterogenen Systemumgebung mit Mac und Windows wohl
Du liebst es, Dinge zu automatisieren (und kannst auch selbst programmieren!), denn tief im Inneren hassen wir alle stupide, sich wiederholende Aufgaben und lieben eine entspannte, gut funktionierende Arbeitsumgebung
Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch oder bist dazu bereit deine Sprachkenntnisse im high-speed auf C1-Niveau zu bringen

Your mission

As our IT Administrator (f/m/d), you make a real impact on our team, enabling our wider group to deliver results to our customers both on our products and our consulting branches. Our teams depend on you for their day-to-day critical infrastructure to “just work” – knowing how complex it is, but you make it look easy ;)

As we’re currently reviewing and revamping our entire IT infrastructure, this is a great opportunity for you to build it right, leveraging your experience and knowledge, right from the start.

You can expect to:

Plan and implement our IT strategy, policies, and guidelines, ranging from networks in our offices to enabling our remote employees.
Implement security focused solutions that allow us to remain both compliant and efficient.
Manage our hardware inventory by implementing automation and remote management that makes it easy to manage all our devices and accesses (including BYOD) with modern tooling (Okta/MDM’s/Your new favourite proven and widely used solution/etc.)
Receive any additional training necessary as we onboard and move further to the cloud to automate our IT infrastructure.
Work hand-in-hand with our CTO (who you report directly into) to continue implementing all our IT management automation.

Your profile

You have 3 years or more as an administrator or similar (to us this means you have seen some stuff).
You have experience handling network environments (bonus points for UniFi/Ubiquiti).
You have experience in security management and access controls.
You have experience with SSO functionality and setup (Bonus points for Okta).
You have experience administering Office365 and are comfortable in a heterogeneous systems environment dealing with Mac and Windows.
You love automating things (and can code it!) because deep down inside we all hate doing repetitive things and love a relaxing well working machine.
You’re (mostly) fluent in English and German. They don’t have to be perfect – but our team does have both and some of our IT vendors find it difficult to speak one or the other and usually exclusive. If you need to bring either of your language skills to the next level, we’re happy to help – but you have to be ready for it otherwise it won’t work.
